Yes — for damaged, defective or wrong-item claims, an unboxing video is mandatory proof. Start recording before you open the courier parcel and capture the label and contents in one take. With the video, valid claims get free reverse pickup and a full refund or replacement.

Yes, within 48 hours of delivery via returns.vastranand.com under the “Not Like” category. Change-of-mind returns are refunded as Vastranand Wallet Credit (lifetime validity, usable on any future order); a ₹150 per-item processing fee applies and return shipping is borne by the customer. Damaged or wrong items are different — those get a full refund with free pickup.

Cosmetics and jewellery (hygiene reasons), stitched or altered products, customised products, sale/clearance items, used products, and items without original tags or packaging. Minor bead or sequin loss and a 10–15% colour difference from photos (screen and lighting variation) are normal for ethnic wear and don’t qualify as defects.

Standard exchanges cost ₹300 in logistics (₹150 reverse pickup + ₹150 new dispatch), raised within 48 hours of delivery with the product unused in original packaging. If we sent a wrong or defective item, the exchange is free. You can exchange for any saree of equal or higher value — the difference is paid before dispatch.

Dry-clean the first few times, then gentle care at home. Store it wrapped in a soft cotton or muslin cloth, away from direct sunlight and moisture, and re-fold along different lines every few months to keep the zari bright for decades.
