At Vastranand every detail matters, and on a scarf the details are few enough that each one shows — the weight of the cloth, the neatness of the edge, the way the print sits when the fabric folds. Crepe keeps a fluid fall that works knotted at the throat or loose over the shoulders, and it packs down small enough to live in a bag without creasing badly. We check each one before folding, because a scarf gets handled more closely than almost anything else we make. Made in Surat, checked by hand, sent out one at a time.
