Bottle Green Soft Silk Paithani Saree with Red Temple Border

This bottle green Paithani saree is woven in soft silk with fine gold lines running down the body and small teardrop motifs scattered between them. A gold border with red temple-style triangles frames the body and gives the green a rich, festive look.

The pallu is the highlight. It carries a dense weave of flowers, grape bunches and peacocks in red, pink, blue, green and orange on a gold ground, finished with green tassels along the edge. A matching blouse piece in the same green with a gold-lined pattern comes with the saree.
