Poly Chiffon takes a pleat neatly and keeps it through hours of a function. Deliberately restrained, so it layers under heavier pieces without fighting them, and finished well enough to carry something plain on its own. Every piece is looked over before it's folded and packed for you. Small details, checked one at a time, on every single piece.
