Lavender Sunflower Minakari Khadi Saree

This lavender saree in soft khadi has a light, airy fall that drapes easily. The body is scattered with small flower buttis in orange, pink and green, set well apart so the soft lavender colour stays the focus.

The pallu is where the saree stands out. A wide gold zari panel carries a tree of flowers and birds in purple, orange, green and teal, and the ends finish in lavender tassels. Thin gold zari stripes run along the border and the pleats.

Pair it with a mustard or gold blouse, as shown in the photos, and light silver jewellery. It suits a pooja, a festive evening or a wedding function.
