Ivory Bold Floral Kalamkari Banarasi Saree

This ivory Banarasi silk saree carries a Kalamkari print of figures, floral vines and bold swirls in blue, yellow, red and green across the body. The soft silk has a smooth sheen, and the print runs right up to the red zari border, which gives the saree a clear, finished edge.

The red pattu border carries on into the pallu, which ends in red tassels and a woven pattern of motifs. Drape it with a plain red or deep blue blouse for a wedding, a puja or a festive evening. A navy embellished potli bag, as worn in the photos, picks up the deep tones in the print.
