Navy Black Kalamkari Pattu Banarasi Saree

Deep navy-black ground carries multicoloured Kalamkari florals, with large pink and cream blooms, leafy branches and birds perched among them. The print runs across the body of the saree, so the whole piece reads as one painted garden rather than scattered motifs.

The wide red pallu and border, with a woven zari pattern, are the bright counterpoint to the dark ground. Against navy-black, the red reads brighter, and the zari catches light when the pallu falls over the shoulder.

Red tassels hang from the pallu end, and the matching red blouse piece is included so you can pair it with the saree as shown. Wear it with simple gold jewellery to let the print and border do the talking.
