Zari Minakari Kota Doria Saree

This pink saree is woven in Kota Doria with a soft, airy drape that suits daytime functions and family gatherings. The body carries a fine all-over lattice of gold zari butti, while the pallu and border are finished with a broad zari band of small bird and tree motifs set in round medallions, picked out in green, pink and blue minakari work.

Pair it with a plain gold or silver jewellery set and a pink or ivory blouse so the border stays the focus. Because the zari work is kept light, it also works for a casual evening out or a daytime puja. The 0.80 metre blouse piece comes unstitched, so it can be tailored to your own fit.
